La propriété est bordée de vignes et d’un champ d’oliviers, au coeur d’un terrain de plus d’un hectare, dans endroit tranquille bien que non isolé. Adossé à la colline, le mas est placé en position dominante et offre une vue dégagée sur la plaine de l’Ouvèze. Orienté principalement à l’ouest, il est idéal pour profiter des couchers de soleils.
