Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Get away from it all when you stay with us in Dersingham, Norfolk. Next to, and surrounded by, the Royal Sandringham Estate, close to beautiful beaches and all other north Norfolk attractions. Plenty of choice locally for pubs to eat at and for takeaways. We have two Labradors hence the no pets. Two bedrooms (king size bed and twin beds), lounge, dining-kitchen, shower room. You will be staying in a detached converted barn at our home. All set in an acre of gardens.

42 Southgate Lane has been recently refurbished. It comes with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge diner and garage with off road parking. It comfortably sleeps 4. Snettisham is a great bolt hole to enjoy the Norfolk Coast, it has it’s own beach with parking, furthermore bird lovers have a fantastic RSPB area. We are 5 minutes from Sandringham, 10 minutes from Hunstanton and 20 minutes from Holkham and Wells-next- Sea which both have incredible wide open Sandy Beaches.

Safe storage for bicycles in your accommodation. Situated in a quiet residential area of the village, the accommodation is separate from the house, but I live in the joining property.
