The Sea Holly The Sea Holly is a cosy and peaceful holiday home perfectly situated in the quiet village of Dersingham. With the Royal Sandringham Estate and the beautiful North Norfolk beaches on your doorstep this is the perfect place to get away. This one bedroom home features a beautiful courtyard garden that welcomes an abundance of wildlife. With a king-size double bed, cosy sitting room and well-equipped modern kitchen you will have everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay

The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Parsley Barn - Private Wing with Two Bedrooms

Parsley Barn, home of David and Su’en Miller, is a converted former coach house and stables fronting onto a quiet road in Great Massingham, 12 miles east of King’s Lynn and 9 miles to Sandringham. You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

It’s a perfect match for a small family or couples getaway. There’s always plenty to do nearby with a dog friendly beach just over 2 miles away, with the famous RSPB nature reserve next door. Popular pubs and bistros within walking distance. It also a great base to take a trip further afield to see more of what Norfolk has to offer.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (smart TV), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.
