Η μεζονέτα απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από την ακτή της Τορώνης. Η ανακαίνιση ολοκληρώθηκε τον Ιούνιο του 2024 συνδυάζοντας την μοντέρνα αισθητική με παραδοσιακά στοιχεία.
