The romantic cabin is set in the trees overlooking Tomales Bay. The cottage exudes a rustic modern elegance with unique art and antiques. A cast-iron gas fireplace provides warmth and romantic ambiance. The sumptuous bed and soft fine linens will ease your senses. The spacious patio, with recliners, provide everything needed to relax and enjoy the ebb and flow of Inverness living. Settle in and let the wildlife and changing light on the trees entertain you. If you love to cook, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. Or, enjoy a lovely evening out at one of the many acclaimed restaurants in the area. Take a hike during the day, rent a kayak for an adventure on the bay, or visit some of the quaint coastal towns. Return to your own private cottage to enjoy romantic nights by the cozy wood stove. Rich furnishings, heated floors, a big leather couch and tasteful decorative touches will cradle you in the lap of unexpected luxury in this delightful cabin. Guest have access to the whole cottage and patio area. The cottage is located in between Inverness and Inverness Park, the latter being home to Inverness Park Market - a market like no other, and not to be missed. Just a few miles down the road is the town of Inverness with cafes, restaurants, and pubs. A car is the best way to see the area. Parking is never an issue. 1) The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, So it is really not the best place for loud late night parties. I absolutely encourage utilizing the outdoor area in the evenings, but please be mindful of noise. 2) If you are using the patio area at night, please do not play music out there after 10pm. 3) Please do not congregate in the driveway- It is shared space with the next door neighbors. 4) There is absolutely no cigarette smoking permitted inside the house. 5) If you break something, please just let me know about it- It gives me the opportunity to replace it before the next guest arrives. 6) There is room for only 1 car in the parking area. 7) Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Sea Star Haven - Steps from the beach

Only steps from the house is the path leading to the beautiful sandy beach. This is a single lane path. There is also a parking lot at the beach, less than 5 minute drive. They do charge $10-15 depending on the season. Please enjoy our surfboards, boogie boards and skim boards! Cook your favorite meal in the designer chefs kitchen or outside grill. This lovely cottage is directly on the Russian River with gorgeous views. We've kept the original 1909 charm of the main living space while adding many new amenities. Your oasis awaits. BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware that the cozy second bedroom is not attached to the house, it is accessed through the main bedroom and a just few steps across the deck. Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.

Enjoy Bodega Bay and the stunning west end of Sonoma County in this beautifully restored waterfront home. Featuring a large open kitchen with 1 private queen bedroom and bath on the top floor; and 1 bedroom with king-size bed and large jacuzzi bath downstairs. Two Creeks Treehouse

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
