This Disneyland condo is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from the entrance to the Disneyland Resort, with the delightful shops and restaurants of Downtown Disney in between. Walk to the free Disney tram that drops you off at the Disneyland and California Adventure entrances. Also, the Downtown Disney Monorail Station offers convenient transportation directly into the Tomorrowland area of Disneyland Park bypassing long lines at the main gates. This Disneyland rental home is 100% brand new inside! Completely remodeled Summer 2013, it has new hardwood floors throughout, fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms, and all brand new furniture. Treehouse Adventure

Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
