We are a 7 minute walk from the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe and a short drive to the slopes! Amenities include TV, fireplace, bbq and private outdoor patio for your use

During the winter you can cross country ski behind the house (conditions permitting). Only 8 miles from (Palisades) Alpine and Squaw.

This is our private home (not an investment property), filled with cherished things so please be respectful and treat everything with care.
