Located one block away from restaurants and shopping in the heart of Saugatuck, this 1bd 1ba suite has a private entrance, dedicated parking space and all the amenities required for a relaxing stay. Your suite is on the second floor, and includes a small balcony for your morning coffee. The futon couch in the living room folds out to a second queen bed. There are three suites in the home, and each have their own exterior entry door. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the shops and dining in town!

Walk or bike to both towns, the marina, public boat launch and the iconic Red Dock. There's so much to do here such and your minutes from it all. There are wineries, breweries, golf courses, fantastic restaurants and shops not to mention Oval Beach.

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately
