The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

Public transport includes ferry, bus services to Bondi Junction, the CBD and Bondi Beach.
