For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise. We love to welcome guests so if you'd like to book please introduce yourselves and let us know who is coming. We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.
