The Brannen-Devine Carriage House

This studio is super unique and fun with a great, central location. It was once the carriage house for the Brannen-Devine home located just North on the same property. It was converted into a studio in the 1970's and was recently renovated in 2022 with all the modern amenities one might need while traveling. Originally a Shack "Mexican Homestead" for the Juarez Family that moved to Flagstaff in 1911 to work at the Saw Mill and build Railroad Tries for the booming railroad industry.
