We also have many amenities that are close by, including 2-restaurants that are run by a 5-star chef. We also have the Burning Coal theater directly across the street from us. They seem to have plays and various events happening three or four times a month. People say it's some of the best local theater in the State

Master suite is a studio like space with 5 minutes from downtown raleigh, Very close to Walnut Creek amphitheater. perfect for traveling nurses, long-term contract workers, visiting family etc. Small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishes. Master bathroom walk in shower, claw foot tub, full closet, kitchenette for longer stays NOTE we are getting some trees trimed and there is some yard debris (branches ) on the very back of the yard, we are also working on leveling it.
