Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Welcome to our peaceful first-floor apartment, recently converted for quiet luxury with iconic mid-century design pieces, antique finds, and contemporary artwork from your professional artist hosts. Accessible via a wide spiral staircase, this private retreat features a spacious and comfortable sitting room with light-filled double-aspect sash windows, a balcony with idyllic paddock views, a mini-kitchen and a large separate bedroom. Perfect for couples, business travelers, sorry, no infants.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nestled alongside the meandering river Thames in the south Oxfordshire countryside you’ll find Dorchester. Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Private Studio, in the Oxfordshire countryside

Our private and modern Studio, in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside. Situated in the picturesque village of Dorchester-on-Thames, known for its quaint country cottages and historical Abbey, featured in the series 'Midsomer Murders'. You will have access to beautiful walking routes, including the Thames Path, with Oxford city centre only 10 miles away with direct bus routes in walking distance from the Studio. A self contained studio space, with private parking and modern features.

Stylishly decorated, spacious house in pretty Vale of White Horse village, southern edge of Cotswolds. Thoughtfully equipped and homely. Surrounded by stunning views to the Ridgeway. Great walking, village with pubs/deli/farm shop/groceries 1.5 miles away. Lovely pubs in surrounding villages. Open log fire. One king (en suite shower/WC), one double. Family bathroom/WC. Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

Entire guest suite in Marcham

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

Luxury Boathouse Apartment - central Henley

The Boathouse is a completely private studio apartment with wonderful river views. Furnished to a high standard with luxury bed linens and towels, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The perfect location for the Henley Royal Regatta, Henley Festival and The Rewind Festival Relaxing location that is perfect for watching the world and river go by, but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of the town and it's many restaurants and cafes.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Rosemary Cottage

The cottage is in a stunning location in the beautiful hamlet of Chilson which is extremely quiet and a restful place to be. Two miles from Charlbury station, it is a perfect base for touring the Cotswolds. The historic town of Burford and Blenheim Palace are within easy reach, as is de luxe shopping at Daylesford. It is a perfect starting point for walking/biking enthusiasts with never ending foot paths and lovely country lanes for biking.
