It consists of 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests (one with double bed and the other with two single divani beds which could be transformed as a double bed ). It could also accommodate other 2 guests as there is a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a sea view from all the rooms and along with all of its amenities , it aims to provide an excellent stay to its guests. Very close to the apartment there is a supermarket and plenty of small local restaurants, gas station and kiosks. In less than 100m there is a bus station that connects the apartment to both airport and the city center.

The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

It is on the ground floor with a large veranda overlooking Akamas Peninsual and a side view to the sea. It has its very own barbeque area and clay oven. The high garden wall gives it privacy from its neighbours and the covered veranda provides both shade and cover from the apartments upstairs.
