This stunning designer home is has been built for luxury, featuring expansive deck areas with beautiful sea views. Short walk to Saint Heliers Beach and shops. Short drive to Kohi and Mission bay Beaches. 15 minutes from Auckland CBD Enjoy the sun drenched deck and lounge areas and explore the sights nearby. You will have the entire place to yourself however there is a self contained flat attached to the house with a separate entry that may be occupied. We have a strict no parties policy.

New appliances throughout. 10 mins walk to Farmers market, 5 mins drive to Clevedon village, Hunua and mountain bike tracks. 15 mins drive Duder reserve, Kauri Bay Boomrock. 20 mins to Maraetai beach and Beachlands for the ferry to the City. max people 8 (6 staying, 2 visitors) Friendly cats will visit, if you have allergies this won't be for you. Our spacious 4-bedroom house is a perfect getaway place that is self-contained and tranquil. Our home is secluded from the noisy streets and is instead surrounded by a serene outdoor space filled by nature. With a patio that leads to the backyard, it displays a perfect view of the scenery, with kids being able to play around in the open space. Our property is private and only shared between two other homes (also owned by us) in the same space, which makes it a safe and kid-friendly place.

BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area.
