Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. My place is two floors up, top floor, access by stairs only. It's on the main street so expect street Noise and Noise from the bar. There is no Kitchen.
