Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

They will likely be playing in the garden and would be thrilled to receive a pat from dog-loving guests.

Please note that there is no oven in the kitchenette. A microwave and electric frypan are supplied. Central location, walk to the supermarket, shops & eateries. The space is set up comfortably for 2 guests, however a third guest can be accommodated, by using the sofa bed.
