E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The Cosy Cow house is located in a court yard and is part of Moonavaud Holiday Village . There are two other holiday properties in the court yard which include the stables and the Farm Lodge. All have been recently renovated. The farm itself is a working beef farm. The property is close to Dungarvan and Waterford and situated on the the coast. It is Only 2km from the Mo Waterford green way. A 2 minute walk to award winning Stradbally village. Strictly a no smoking policy

The house is located in the centre of the multi award winning Georgian village of Stradbally very close to the Waterford’s Greenway and along the Copper Coast. 200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views with seaview outdoor hot tub in summer. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Equipment is mostly stored and so the cottage is suitable for letting without kids.
