Our luxuriously cosy little cottage has everything you could wish for after a day exploring the nearby woods, adjacent North Yorkshire Moors or easily accessed coast. Perhaps a relaxing soak in the feature double ended bath? You can cosy up in front of the log burning stove or step out for something to eat and drink at one of the local bars and restaurants. If you prefer to cook, the kitchen has all you need. The cottage has been renovated throughout with a feature mezzanine bed and bath suite.

The Tipsy Bee at 143 is located on the edge of the main street in Guisborough, only steps away from independent shops, eateries and quirky independent bars as well as being less than a 10-minute walk away from the iconic Guisborough Priory. The National Park is on your doorstep, with lovely walks.

Hillfoot Cottage - charming country character.

Hillfoot Cottage is a cosy and comfortable 350 yr old cottage which began life as a pig sty in the quiet country village of Yearby, near Redcar. Offering peace and tranquility with local walks on your doorstep. Located a short drive to the seaside town of Redcar and Market town of Guisborough, within 1/2 hours drive to the North York Moors National Park and Whitby and within 1 hours drive to the Yorkshire Dales. An abundance of wild birds are to be found in the gardens of our cottage.

The property is the ideal location for exploring North Yorkshire. 15 to 30 mins from the North Yorkshire Moors, Redcar and Saltburn beaches, Roseberry topping and Whitby. It’s ideal for family breaks, mini breaks and perfect for walkers. A free 2 hour high street parking disk is provided, plus free parking 6pm till 8am daily. Other times up to £4 a day.

Maltkiln House Annexe is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

This cabin is perfectly located within a short distance of Saltburn by the Sea and on the outskirts of the North York Moors National Park, this retreat is sure to delight a variety of guests. Two great places to eat or drink within a mile or relax your evenings away with a glass of wine by the firepit, which doubles up as a BBQ, complementary firelighters and logs will be provided.

No 27 is in Guisborough, a quaint market town on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park, 6 miles to the sea. 1st floor apartment with fully equipped kitchen, comfy king-size bed, lounge with 2 x single sofa beds, TV, and WiFi. A 5-minute walk to the town centre, 10 minutes to Gisborough Hall. Situated over my business premises, Physioplus+, with a separate entrance at the rear. Sun trap balcony overlooks a car park... but a pleasant place! Pet friendly.
