An ideal base to explore the Lizard peninsula with its pretty harbour villages, beautiful countryside, a delightful local village pub, other eating places and good access to numerous visitor attractions.

Gardenstudio in Mawnan Smith

Secluded location in the village of Mawnan Smith, the studio offers the perfect base to explore by foot the Helford River, its nearby subtropical gardens and award winning beaches.This new, well insulated studio offers a delightful and tranquil outlook into the garden. It includes a comfortable double sofa bed with its own ensuite facilities including shower, toilet and wash basin. there is free on street parking on the road and 2 min walk up the tarmac footpath to the house, 5 min walk to pub.

Located at the end of a quiet lane, this is a very private coastal detached house standing in its own grounds of about 2 acres running down to the coast, with spectacular views across Falmouth Bay to Rosemullion Head. With plenty of off road parking the 3 bedroom accommodation has ample space to relax with a large conservatory, living room with wood burner, sun room and kitchen/diner. The amazing garden even has its own wooded valley descending to the sea and direct access to the coastal path.

Easy walk to Maenporth beach, & the Helford River, and also Bream Cove, a fabulous place to swim. 10 mins drive into Falmouth. Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. The Boathouse

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Howldrevel

Indulge in coastal splendour at the luxurious Howldrevel in Maenporth Cornwall. This luxury two storey, penthouse apartment is situated just meters from the golden sands of maenporth Beach. Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Navas Nook is a beautifully renovated traditional cosy Cornish cottage, set in the heart of the Creekside village of Port Navas, surrounded by stunning countryside. Just feet from the Helford River and public slipway, you can enjoy views down to the boats and yacht club, whilst keeping an eye out for the wildlife on and in the water. Sit back, relax and soak up the sunshine in the garden or grab your paddle and power on out adventuring!

The Studio at The Old Reading Room, Helford River

The Studio is a self-contained accommodation that has been lovingly renovated from an old threshing barn by my partner Sam and I. It's got all mod-cons (think underfloor heating, speedy internet, and a powerful shower) in a building full of history (WWII soldiers were stationed here). Particularly suitable for walkers, artists, music lovers, and solace seekers.
