The studio flat is located on the lower ground floor of our home, accessible via external steps. This private space has it's own entrance/exit, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge space and double bed. Pay and display parking available on North Road for guests travelling by car. Travel cot available for couples travelling with an infant.

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Centrally located in the fantastic village of Gainford which is set on the banks of the River Tees. The Loft is a beautifully appointed modern and bright two bedroom apartment, full of charm and character which overlooks the village. Opposite is the warm and friendly village pub, The Cross Keys, and 200 yards away is the village green with off road parking provided in the car park opposite.
