Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Whether you are visiting for work, vacation or planning a mini getaway, our guest suite is thoughtfully set up to provide what you need for your stay. In a friendly, residential area we are located on quiet street, where large trees and greenery create a natural canopy, providing for a cool and cozy little side yard for you to enjoy during your stay. Centrally located to many of Jax’s popular attractions so you can enjoy peace and quiet while restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away.
