Terfyn Annex

After years of renovation experience, we decided to transform our out house into a self contained annex which comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 double bed. We have designed this space using our interest in antique/bespoke furnishings. With each piece of furniture either loved back to life or handmade ourselves. The annex boasts a private En-suite bathroom with power shower, basin & toilet where in addition, basic toiletries are provided. Fresh bedding & towels will also be awaiting your arrival!

The cottage is ideally placed for walking holidays. It benefits from a secluded patio to the side of the property It sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. There is facility to store and dry wet gear. A short walk to the Dinorben Arms. Close to the Offa’s Dyke trail. Airbnb have changed how they collect fees. Prices haven’t gone up I promise. Hawarden House is Prestatyn based. Large house. 8 bedrooms(7 are ensuite), Lounge, kitchen,dining room, Breakfast room, study, also a seperate bathroom and toilet. Guests will have the whole property to themselves,including the front entrance rear garden,Side gardens. The property is conveniently situated within five minutes walking distance from Prestatyn Town Centre/train station and 5-10 minutes to the beach. In a prime location,an ideal base to explore North Wales and all its attractions.

Self contained guest suite in historic village

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

This is a self contained boutique style holiday cottage set in a quiet countryside setting, with modern, fashionable & stylish interior yet still retaining some original features. We represent excellent value for money and set our bar very high in what we want our guests to experience. The inside space consists of two large rooms (bedroom and separate living room/kitchen) plus WC and the outside space has the relaxing hot tub on the patio with beautiful views across the Welsh countryside

Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.
