Private Country Retreat With Hot Tub

Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Knapp Lodge is a modern, self-contained property in the centre of Eardisland village. Completely private with its own access and outdoor space. Open-plan kitchen diner and living space with a double room and ensuite. The living space has a mezzanine with a kids bedroom and play space. 2 pubs, a tea rooms and local shop are a 2 minute walk away. Eardisland is a beautiful village and part of the black and white trail. Suited to couples or families with young children only.

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
