La résidence est située à 300mètres de la plage de trou d'eau (lagon), dans une impasse calme et un jardin plein d'arbres et d'oiseaux. L'hébergement peut accueillir confortablement 1 couple. Une banquette lit dans la même pièce offre un couchage pour 1 personne supplémentaire.
