Chelmsford 10 to 12 minute drive to city centre and railway station. Stansted 20 minute drive away, Broomfield Hospital and Farleigh Hospice 10 minute walk away. Buses to Colchester, Braintree and Chelmsford from outside front door. Chelmsford Park and Ride service is 5 minute drive.

Cobblers Cottage is full of charm & character, good sized rooms [albeit wonky & low ceilings!], modern kitchen & a private garden. It is over 400years old so some dust & the odd spider is possible, it is not a brand new show house, more National Trust! PLEASE NOTE there is only on street parking ~100 metres from the cottage. Early check-in & late check-out maybe possible for a fee (covers the cost of changing the cleaning schedule, arrangements & utility costs).

A variety of pubs,restaurants, takeaways just a short walk away. There are also shops for groceries nearby.

The Annexe is an independent serviced studio. It has its own entrance and provides all comforts and luxury including king size bed, Sky+TV, including sky sport , Netflix, Prime, the full sky package, WiFi and cooking facilities, under-counter fridge.
