The property consists of a double bedroom, twin bedded room, bunk bedded room ( downstairs ), bathroom and shower / wet room. A large sitting room leads to a well-equipped dining kitchen . The gardens are lawned to the front and rear and there is a patio. The property is within 2 minutes walk of the village which contains a seasonal shop, pub and cafe (serve food). Several beaches are within walking distance.

Totally detached, no road noise or interruptions… utter tranquillity. Admire the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets followed by an explosion of colour across the sky. As the night sets in, enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple outside and spend your evening stargazing over the valley from the hot tub.

The Annex, A Country Escape in South Devon

The Annex forms part of our lovely countryside home. It is a quiet and peaceful self contained 2 bed 2 bath property with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is situated just a short walk from the SW coastal path and a mile from the outstanding beaches of East Portlemouth and the vibrant seaside town of Salcombe, across the harbour. Nick and Sameena your hosts have recently taken over hosting themselves and will do their very best to make your stay a happy and relaxed time.

You can find our cottage in the wonderful and unique village of East Prawle, the most southerly point of Devon. Our cottage with sea-views is on a quiet road and has one space for parking directly outside, it is a 5 minute walk from the brilliant local pub, village shop, cafe and coastal path Originally built in 1750 for the farmer’s tenants, we’ve recently restored and renovated the building (hence why it’s new to book!) You will find everything you need for a wonderful stay

Small is beautiful! Come and stay in our rather nice little space in the heart of the wonderful South Devon seaside village of East Prawle. Short breaks are welcome and you'll be staying in our bright annexe thoughtfully kitted out with a sitting room and well-equipped kitchen downstairs and pretty bedroom and shower room above - your very own tiny cottage! You'll also have a flower-filled courtyard garden and long views across the fields - count real sheep as you doze off...

WiFi can be purchased separately through EE. A travel cot and baby bath can be added if required.
