A very quiet studio with a private entrance, located in a nice neighborhood at East Richmond Heights.; easy free way access, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores , and Parks are near by. A new shower, a new counter and sink just installed. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed. About 15 minutes drive to UC Berkeley, Oakland. About 18 miles to downtown San Francisco. About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

Great views. Access to to the park through our backyard. Deers are regular guests. Cayotes can be seen occasionally. Squirrels roam our huge oak tree. Great place for hiking. Nearby large casino. Easy drive or take ferry to downtown San Francisco. Visit Sausalito, Muir Woods, or Six Flags theme park.

The cottage with a cozy bed, tea&coffee, microwave and tiny fridge is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom with a sink and shower is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street over 800 acres of parkland. WiFi ✅

Tucked away on the border of Orinda and El Sobrante, our fully remodeled romantic cottage features a kitchen, deck, and private parking. This space is perfect for romantic getaway, with many hiking paths and restaurant nearby. With one bedroom and one bath, this cottage provides freshly remodeled atmosphere of romance, warmth, comfort, and home. This cottage is nestled in the back corner of our property, with ample privacy and a designated driveway. It is a perfect home away from home.

Exotic getaway in Sobrante hills

This is Mongolian traditional yurt when we married 40 years ago, our parents built it for us. It is located in our backyard about 90 feet from the street on the deck under pine trees. Path to the yurt has 12 steps and 15 degree up on some part of the deck. We have beautifully decorated, half around, eclectic full bathroom outside the yurt just 2 steps away. Yurt has low front door and low beds and seats. No tv, no wifi. It is out of your comfort zone! No human contact, self check in.

The Little Farmhouse El Cerrito near Berkeley

The " little farmhouse" is a special place for those who like biking and hiking at Wildcat Canyon Regional Park, while enjoying the peace and quiet of this meticulously decorated in-law unit set up to host up to 2 guests. My intention was to achieve a harmonious environment where you can relax, cook, and disconnect from the rest of the world. It is equipped with the amenities that you may find in a fancy hotel room. This is an in-law unit; noise may travels from upstairs occasionally.

Peaceful, light-filled studio near Berkeley, just 1.25 miles to BART with easy access to San Francisco. Ideal for one guest seeking a calm and comfortable stay. Hardwood floors, skylight, queen bed, cozy seating, dining table, closet, kitchen, tub/shower, and heater. As the studio is part of the main home, it’s best suited for naturally quiet guests who keep device and general noise very low. Water use (shower, kitchen, sinks) between 9am–11:30pm; toilet anytime. No visitors.

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.
