My place is located in the rising city of Borongan in Eastern Samar. It is close to great views and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Our Apartment opened last July 2018 but it still looks good and new. We are near Barangay Taboc Elementary School and the Provincial Capital. We are also 10-15 minutes away from the nearest surfing beach- BayBay Boulevard.

Walk down the private stone path and step into the water, explore the tide pools, or paddle out to the surf. Take a two mile stroll down a secluded beach, and perhaps not even see another soul. Step off the beach into our outdoor shower or bathe Filipino style with fresh clean cold water from our beachfront hand pump well.

We’re renting out our cosy extension room, ideal for short stays. It includes air-conditioning, a private bathroom, a double bed, and a kitchenette for basic cooking. The kitchenette has a microwave, induction cooker, electric kettle, cookware, utensils, and complimentary coffee. Toiletries and towels are provided. Parking is available, with covered space for motorcycles and small vehicles. Located 2 minutes from the town proper, 20 minutes from Calicoan, and 30 minutes from Sulangan.
