Although the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink/water there is a Deer Park water cooler with hot & cold water, and supplies under bathroom sink to use for dish washing.

Deer come up through the woods and are often spotted on the property.

We even have a large field we turned into an unofficial soccer field!
