A felszereltségbe tartozik többek között a WiFi, tévé mindkét szobában és a teraszon is, tűzhely, kenyérpirító, vízforraló, mikró, mosógép stb. Kerékpárok is rendelkezésre állnak és kerti zuhanyzó is igénybe vehető. A házban gázfűtés van.

Pár száz méteren belül található üzletek(Penny,Lidl,Spar),éttermek,büfék,benzinkút,ATM Legény-vagy leánybúcsúra nem tudjuk a vendégházat biztosítani!!!

Kényelmesen 10 felnőtt fér el, de szükség esetén egy kinyitható kanapéval és 2 hálós kisággyal, akár 14 főt (3-4 család) is el tudunk helyezni. A közös terek akár oktatásra is alkalmasak. A konyha teljesen felszerelt. Tágas napozóterasz és pihenősarok. Rendelkezésre áll kerti zuhany, mosókonyha, szaunaház és gázgrill. Parkolási lehetőség belső udvari zárt parkolóban.
