Se encuentra en primera línea de playa y cómodamente podrás llegar directamente en bañador y darte un refrescante chapuzón en verano. El alojamiento está ubicado en una 4ª planta y proporciona unas vistas panorámicas e impresionantes de la playa principal de Águilas y la costa de Murcia, que cuenta con bandera azul, accesos con duchas y servicio de vigilancia por Cruz Roja Española.

Precioso apartamento recién reformado situado junto al mar en la ciudad costera de Águilas. Consta de dos habitaciones, una con dos camas independientes y otra con cama de 1,50 cm. Cocina independiente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y un baño con plato de ducha. Tiene lavadora y un balcón amplio con vista al mar para disfrute. El sofá puede utilizarse para dormir sacando sus asientos. Está equipado con aire condicionado y calefacción por conductos. También tiene ventiladores de techo.

This is a one room studio apartment. It is a small self-contained unit with a ground floor entrance onto a service road. It has 2 single beds which can be made as one double, TV and kitchen area with a small breakfast-bar. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price. Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.
