A perfect getaway for friends, couples or small families! This listing is for one of 4 raised platform tents, located at the top of a hill, with a beautiful view. The tent has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails in the woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

The campsite is on 40 acres of fields & woodland & is home to an active organic farm. The tent site abuts the Coxingkill creek. We provide cookware, stove, grill, bedding, towels & water for cooking & drinking. There’s a picnic table, benches, chairs & an outhouse. Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

It includes a linen queen bed, kettle, solar lights outside, battery lighting inside. Guests have access to the full property for hiking, snowshoeing and sledding. No guns or pets. One other rental located onsite.
