Our Little Farmhouse

This 1920's treasure holds nearly 100 years of special memories for our family. It has recently been lovingly renovated and restored and is very comfortable. Much of the original shiplap, beaded-board, and heart pine floors have been retained and restored, as well as much of the original exterior and front porch. There are two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. Upstairs offers a loft play area and a small bedroom with two twin beds. This home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Laurel.

You won't find a cleaner cottage this close to it all! c 1950 - A charming older Laurel home, recently renovated with an eclectic traditional style, located in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to downtown, restaurants, golf course, and interstate access. Covered parking near the entry. The Magnolia Guesthouse was featured on HGTV’s Home Town S5, Ep12. Sadly, wasn't chosen, but we did a full remodel shortly thereafter. Featured on Season 4 of HGTV's Home Town, this little oasis of tranquility is lovingly referred to as "The Littlest House". The spacious one bedroom home highlights several unique design updates that have been tailored to the owner's individual style. Nestled beneath four sprawling pecan trees, this ancestral farm house boasts two porches and plenty of shade for you to catch a sunrise/sunset during your visit. Two kitty cats do live outside so If you have pet allergies, please beware.

We are conveniently located just 3 miles from the heart of downtown Laurel, America’s new favorite home town. Gaines’s Get Away

This is not a pet friendly listing due to severe pet allergies. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax you have found it. We have 2 ponds stocked with catfish, bass and bream. The home has everything you need to cook a great meal, including fresh rosemary and basil growing in pots at the front door. This listing is 30 minutes to Hattiesburg and Laurel. We are located 1 1/2 hours from the coast and casinos. We are 1 1/2 hours to Mobile and 2 1/2 hours to New Orleans.

It is a dear home that has been in our family for many years. Our home is ideal if you like the peace and tranquillity of the country. There is a huge backyard and a back porch (with a grill) to sit out and enjoy each other's company and watch beautiful sunsets.
