This apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator access. Central heating and AC is accessible 24/7- 365 days. Bathroom floors are heated by the underfloor heating system for the cold days.

You can enjoy the sunset accompanied by the Golden Horn view from the shared terrace one floor above the home.
