Dog friendly and within close walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach (also dog friendly) Ideal for families, swimmers and surfers. Also located near the south west coast path for breathtaking walks. The property has fabulous views of the ocean from the lounge, sunsets are amazing. Ideally located for visiting all Cornwalls attractions and has parking for 2 cars with enclosed garden.

Shepherds Cottage is a secluded 19th century two bedroom cottage down a farm track between Mawgan Porth and Bedruthen Steps, close to the coast path and within a short drive of Padstow and North Cornwall's amazing beaches. Perfect for a couple or a small family. The cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is perfect for families and couples who want to escape the crowds. The cottage overlooks the village green and there are BBQ facilities in the garden and parking on the private drive.

Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.
