The suite entrance is at the end of the drive, & driveway open for your use. Quiet and secluded neighborhood across the street from a park with a 1/2-mile treed walking path with benches and play equipment. Close to the airport, shopping, & 12 miles to the beautiful Pensacola beaches! Queen Bed Pack & Play or Twin Air mattress available upon request.

However you choose to spend your time, embrace the uniqueness of this space that had the experience in mind. There are 2 cameras on the exterior of the property which actively record audio & visual.

Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

Quiet, private studio: near attractions, colleges

Rest at this peaceful efficiency apartment, designed to meet all your needs and provide maximum comfort for your stay. Located in a very cental location, easy to access the beach, naval base, colleges & universities, shopping, dining and many other local attractions. Far enough away from busy tourist spots, but close enough for all the region’s amenities. Need transportation? Ask about our Turo vehicle rental. If you book with us, your car will also be here when you arrive!

North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.
