Nestled on the hill above the Bay of Fundy, the lighthouse-shaped cottage boasts a cozy retreat with one bedroom, capturing the essence of coastal living. The highlight is the top-floor living room, where panoramic windows frame the beautiful seascape. From this elevated vantage point, guests can unwind in the warmth of the living room while enjoying the view of the sea caves, creating a tranquil and picturesque haven suspended between land and sea. Just a quick walk down the hill to the beach.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Set on 23 acres of wooded land with a lovely little lake on your doorstep, this cozy space features a private year-round hot tub, full kitchen, board games and a king size bed. Located just outside of St Martins and the Fundy Trail Parkway, you’ll find everything you need with us after a day spent hiking, riding ATV trails, floating in the lake and exploring the Fundy Coast. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. This beautiful Historical building served as a doctor's office for several doctors for as long as people can remember. It was built in approximately 1840. This lovely property was completely renovated in 2023. The house has three private main-level suites each different from the next.
