Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Ein Mix aus Bauwagen und Tinyhouse, riesen Garten, mitten im Dorf... 100 m bis zum See...und ruckzuck in Berlin. Ich bau hier alles selber aus...also alles mit Liebe gemacht...aber ab und zu etwas krumm :) Ich wohne normalerweise selber im Tinyhouse, sind Gäste da, bin ich im Zirkuswagen im Garten oder unterwegs... Der Ort ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer, See und Wald sind vor der Tür...bei Stadtausflügen kann ich professionelle Hundebetreuung anbieten...(hatte vorher eine Hundepension).

Die 112qm große 3-Raum-EG-Wohnung liegt direkt am Dämeritzsee in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage, mit einem tollen Blick auf die Sonnenuntergänge und auf das Berliner Ufer, den Sie von der sehr großen, teils begrünten Terrasse genießen können. Vom Hauseingang führen Stufen zum See mit Steganlage und Badeleiter. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Gäste, die Berlin erleben möchten, aber auch Entspannung suchen und den Seeblick genießen wollen Der Regio fährt 25 min. zur Stadtmitte.

Welcome to Erkner - ideal starting point for the whole family, Berlin - curious people, water or cyclists, hikers, athletes, anglers, those looking for relaxation - but everyone else is also welcome guests. The lakes, the forest, train and bus, the local cinema, various cafes, bars and restaurants can be easily reached on foot in a short time. I wish you a happy, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Spreehaus Raßmannsdorf, New Sauna

Brandenburg at its best! A dreamlike holiday home in the middle of the countryside on the edge of the village with a view of the Spree. The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Garten und Pool

Entspanne dich mit Freunden oder Familie in dieser von viel Natur umgebenen Unterkunft. Wald und See liegen ganz in der Nähe. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man zügig nach Berlin Mitte und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Ich kann selbstverständlich bei der Planung von Berlin Trips und Ausflügen beratend zur Seite stehen. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage erlaubt.

Tiny House Hafenstrasse

Süßes kleines Tiny House mit großer Terrasse ganz nah am Dämmeritzsee. Aus einem alten Bauwagen gebautes Minihaus, wo alles zusammen kommt. Küche, Bad, Wohn/Schlafzimmer und Terrasse. Die Unterkunft liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Erkner(25min bis Berlin Alexanderplatz) und 300m vom See entfernt. Stand up Paddle boards zum mieten haben wir vor Ort.
