The Gardeners Cottage @ Corvisel - cosy & quirky!

The Gardeners Cottage is set within the walled gardens of Corvisel House, built by Rear Admiral John McKerlie in 1829. We have restored the cottage in a vintage, quirky style with Donegal & Harris tweed soft furnishings & floral accents to reflect the glorious garden outside! It's located at the edge of Newton Stewart so very handy for evening strolls to the eateries in town. You can take walks in our small forest from the courtyard & hang out in the walled garden - green fingers are welcomed!!

The cottage has a cozy, inviting interior, featuring exposed stone walls and traditional design the cottage offers comfortable and well appointed accomodation. Inside there is a king bedroom and charming twin bedroom, providing versatile sleeping arrangements.

Lovely 200 year old fully modernised cottage with fully fitted modern kitchen for guests to use. We provide a food cupboard with tea, coffee and cereal etc. We leave bread and milk , and soft drinks. If you require anything else, please let us know . Convenient downstairs toilet and an ensuite upstairs . Free wifi. Central , convenient location in lovely coastal town of Donaghadee close to shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Free carpark opposite front door. Motorcyclists very welcome

The Old Toll House Petite and perfectly formed

Petite but perfectly formed The Old Toll house is a perfect base to explore Dumfries and Galloway. The Old Toll house was built in 1813 the same time as the bridge was built. It was the original Toll house used to collect the payment for people crossing between Newton Stewart and Minnigaff. The old wooden bridge and ford was replaced in 1813 John Rennie (The Elder) won the honour of the commission. Thomas Telford his competitor also submitted plans. Thank you for your booking.

Osprey Cottage sits only 20 meters from the beach in the pretty coastal fishing village of Dunure, benefitting from: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no bath) & 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 is upstairs, with a double bed and a en-suite shower room. Coach House @Slogarie Rewilding humans since 2019

A traditional coach house and stables, The Coach House has recently been beautifully refurbished. From kitchen to bathrooms, loos and laundry room, everthing is fresh and new. It is spacious but cosy and the living area comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Dogs are welcome and there are good facilities for cleaning and drying them after a good walk. Set in the heart of the Galloway countryside, the house stands alone by a small loch with an island and a boat.

A luxury holiday cottage consisting of a wing of Kildrochet House, an early 18th Century Grade B listed building. Set within 5 acres of it's own land and situated in the beautiful countryside of Wigtownshire, South West Scotland. We started this listing in 2013 but only put the bare essentials in. Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.

Well appointed cottage with spectacular setting and very private. Panoramic views over Luce Bay. Mull of Galloway lighthouse is the view from your double bed. Please note electric cars can be charged at Wigtown or Whithorn. Fast charges 50kw and 25p/kilowatt. Cottage wiring and fuses not suitable. The low power adds 4miles per charge and puts a great strain on the wiring/fuses. Like leaving a 8 bar heater on therefore not available at the cottage.
