This 32 m2 former Mustjala church sauna-washhouse has been renovated maintaining original archailism and minimalism. The perfect place to be on your own, for spiritual exercises or for creative work. The property has a separate entrance, views of the garden and the church park. The sauna and shower room are located in a separate outbuilding. Suitable for you if you appreciate peace and do not need external entertainment. Heating the sauna, rent of bicycles and breakfast by separate arrangement.

This cozy house is built on an authentic fishing boat located on the bank of a serene pond. It is a small spa complex where you can enjoy sauna treatments, relax in the hot tub, and refresh yourself in the cold pond water after a sauna session. The hot tub is available for an additional fee of €59 (from 01.05 to 31.08 the price is €79). This is an experience to remember!

Silma Retreat The Hobbit House

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Hot tub is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.

Mother-in-Law's House 4 with sauna

Mother-in-Law's House 4 has a private entrance and sauna and is surrounded by a lovely garden. Breakfast is included. It's within 10 min walking distance from Palmse Manor and Lahemaa National Park Centre. Nearby Ojaäärse forest trail is suitable for hiking, running or cycling. It's 9 km to the beach and 7 km to Lake Viitna. It's possible to rent bicycles. The host is a certified tour guide of Lahemaa NP fluent in English, German and Estonian. Book tours in advance!

Ojasaarõ Glass Spa Villa with Sauna & Hot Tub

A glass house alone in the Võrumaa forest. Ojasaarõ is a private glass-walled spa villa for up to 4 guests — sole use, glass walls, no one to look in. Inside: a kitchenette, a wood-burning fireplace and a double bed facing the forest. Electric HUUM sauna with Saunum ventilation, Himalayan salt and a cold-water bucket. On the terrace: a hot tub, fire pit and kamado grill under the open sky. Breakfast included. The forest starts at the door.

We have small holiday home near by the Ainja landscape protection area. Pure nature, swimming, fishing, wooden boat rent. Kitchen with oven, induction cooker, fridge freezer, water boiler. Apartment is completly renovated in high quality in 2018 summer. It has a nice little yard where you can park your car, drink morning coffe or walk your bet. Around 200m perimeter you will find lot of restos/coffes, shops, bars etc. Very popular area and lot is happening around the area all the time. Building itself is not yet renovated, but we are planing to fix that soon.
