Primalend – is a leisure resort, where you can escape from the city noise and feel the air of the primeval nature. Primalend offers you 3 comfortable wooden houses and a sauna, where you can have fun in a company of friends, or peacefully spend time with your family. By resting in one of our houses, you will experience the essence of high quality leisure time in natural surroundings. Looking through the wide windows, you have a unique chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery and feel like a real child of nature. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds in the house and another double sofa on the first floor in the room with a fireplace. There is a possibility to add 2 extra mattrases if needed.Most of the beds are 160sm wide and one of the rooms has a smaller 120sm bed. There is one WC and shower in the house, small kitchen, you can grill on the terrase. We are situated 30km from Tallinn, it is very easy to find us if you travell by car. Public transportation is available 4 km from us, there is a possibility to give you a ride for extra charge. There is a big foodstore 4 km from the cottage in the place Kohila. There is a possibility to rent one or more rooms in the house, in that case you can also use the kitchennette and grill on the terasse, usually it is possible to keep you alone in the house.

Tondikaku Holiday Home asub Lõuna-Eesti kauni kuppelmaastiku keskel, otse Tartu maratoni raja lähistel. Otepää on 6 km kaugusel. Terrassiga puhkemajas on televiisor. Kööginurgas on ahi, külmkapp ning kõik muu vajalik. Vannitoas on dušš ja tasuta tualetitarbed. Majas on elektri-saun. Suurepärased sportimisvõimalused Tehvandi ja Kääriku keskustes. Mäesuusakeskused Kuutsemäe ja Munamägi. Tartu Maratoni suusarada 1km kaugusel Palu punktist, kus asub ka tasuta parkla suusatajatele või matkajatele.

Main house offers you the modern stay with kitchen, spacious living room, 1 closed bedroom and 1 open studio bedroom upstairs and a bathroom. Old barn has a special modern guest room and then there is a separate very "old style" traditional wooden sauna. You will also find there a terrace to enjoy perfect nature and sea view.

Ski in Ski out type of cabin house is just 2 minutes of driving to south from Otepää and Tehvandi stadion and 300 meters from Väike Munamäe ski resort. You can get all the necessary things for smooth vacation - fully equipped kitchen, sauna, BBQ, fast WIFI and cable TV. But most important is that all around is super beautiful Otepää nature park with all thouse hills and lakes. We have made everything as cozy as possible inside the house as well to make your get-away the best.

In this peaceful and stylish place you can relax and enjoy the hot water in the hot tub (additional fee, 1 night upon reservation), relax in the warm sauna (additional fee), grill meat and enjoy morning coffee on the terrace. Come and celebrate your big and small events in the company of your loved ones or surprise your loved one with a romantic evening. To spend time, you can use our Viking-themed grill house (additional fee) .
