Unwind and enjoy the night sky! Everything you need and nothing you don't! Bring a friend & take a break, chill on the deck, by the fire or take a walk in the countryside along the Clutha Gold Trail. Warm and comfortable, the bach is well insulated, well heated and has a modern kitchen. A major renovation in July 2024 added a second bathroom and upgraded the existing bathroom. You're only 2 minutes walk from one of New Zealand's most beautiful beaches and a 15 minute drive from central Dunedin. Three Bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds and 2 Singles. Two full Bathrooms, both with walk-in showers We are pet friendly and the property is well fenced so your dog will be safe to roam around the lawn.

Lots of indoor games, magazines and toys so its a great place to relax whatever the weather. Sheltered back lawn and BBQ. Parking outside the crib for 3 vehicles.

Stunning sea side location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

Dogwood cottage

Catch the Aurora Australis from the beach or watch the sunrise over the ocean from your private deck. Warm, one-bedroom cottage, surrounded by wildflowers, has 3 beds and a cot. Kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster and electric benchtop cooker. Ensuite bedroom has a queen bed and cot. The spacious lounge/dining room has 2 fold-out double sofabeds. Ideal for a peaceful overnight stop or short break. 30 minutes from Dunedin via Brighton, and 25 minutes from Dunedin airport via Waihola.

It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.
