A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. Bedroom 2 is a single + supplied travel cot if required. A modern kitchen with all facilities including a washing machine. Downstairs bathroom with bath. Fenced Back garden for dogs with patio area. The cottage is in a small village on the outskirts of Exeter and is close to Dartmoor/Exmoor. Lovely beaches nearby.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.
