Lear how to make pasta by hand with a real pasta maker

You will learn how to make homemade Ravioli and other kind of pasta easily and successfully, ravioli are type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough; If you have flour and water you can make pasta and we will teach the secrets. We will teach you to make Ravioli, Tagliatelle and other kind of pasta in different shape and flavours. We will prepare pasta in an open space in San Frediano (or at the restaurant Vivanda depending of the size of the group). In anyway, we will move to Vivanda, our organic restaurant which is round the corner. The chef will cook all the pasta together you have prepared in order for you to taste it with different sauces and we will be happy to share with you the fantastic organic wine that we produce. Every participant will receive written english instructions for making pasta at home easily and successfully.
N.B: the group can be of maximum 10 people.

Nous n’avons pas du tout regretté d’avoir choisi de consacrer une de nos soirées à Florence à cet atelier. Un accueil très chaleureux et prévenant. Nos mets préparés sont ensuite partagés avec l’ensemble du groupes. Une ambiance particulière à expérimenter et que nous recommandons vivement !!

We had such a fun time making 3 types of pasta typical of the region. The chef, or as he would call himself ‘food-lover’ was so passionate and knowledgeable which really topped off the whole experience. Totally made our day in Florence to have an authentic and genuine experience in the big city.

The experience felt very personal. We learnt a lot about Italian cooking and the secrets behind cooking the best pasta. We were even given some extra recipes for the pasta sauces! We spent time whilst making the pasta sharing stories about our own culture and enjoyed the company of our wonderful chef!

We join this course with 8 people from USA, Canada, Chili and Turkey. Making pasta in a multicultural class was brilliant. we ate pastas which we made with delicious italian vine. Adrienna was a perfect pastamaster. Hope to come again Firenze and join this course again

It ended up only being the two of us which was fantastic because it gave us the chance to really get to know our host. She (Miracuz?) was truly fantastic - super knowledgeable, friendly and really tried to get to know us. The food was cooked wonderfully and everything was delicious, especially the wine they shared! I would definitely recommend.

It was my first time participating to a cooking lesson, and I found it very interesting. It was a great experience where I met new people and had a fantastic time. After the class we sat down at the restaurant nearby and had a great lunch with amazing local wine. Overall I would recommend this experience. Thank you!
