You can enjoy the deep world of Japanese green tea with beautiful view of tea farm. Here Wazuka is the biggest production site of Uji green tea which is the most premium brand of Japanese green tea. In our cafe, you can have the experience of:

※you can arrange the type of tea as you like.

At first, I will bring the text to explain the basic knowledge of Japanese green tea.
After the explanation, you can enjoy Japanese green tea flight. (five different Japanese green tea) .

I honor the 800 year history of green tea production in Wazuka Kyoto and love Japanese green tea.To produce highest grade Japanese green tea, I moved to Wazuka and started green tea production.Through the hiking tour, I would like to tell guests how we are producing the highest grade Japanese green tea with beautiful Scenery with tea farms and natures such as mountains, fogs and rivers.

(from Kyoto and Osaka it takes around 60 minutes. from Nara it takes around 15 minutes)
From JR Kamo station, you can ride 66 bus to Wazuka. You will drop off "Naka wazuka" bus stop and see my cafe, d:matcha Cafe&Kitchen in front of it. It takes about 15 minutes and 480JPY.

Daiki-san is a passionate young man with his team. The experience with tea-picking and tasting were superb and the food was a delight. Grasping the essence of tradition and present them into something one could easily understand has never been easy but they made it. We had a great time with this shop and one of their >10 tea farm.
