I am a British Shaolin disciple and Fitness and Wellbeing professional based in Tokyo. Having studied and taught in the UK, India and China I teach Shaolin kung fu, Qigong, Meditation and Yoga here in Japan. I like to incorporate ancient mindfulness techniques with western sport science to provide a platform for health and fitness of body and mind creating a pathway to Zen.

We will begin with an introduction to Shaolin qigong (pronounced chi gong), Meditation and the abdominal breathing techniques used for the practice. We will then prepare for meditation. Following the meditation we will then use Shaolin yogic and martial techniques to warm up and stretch the body in preparation for the qigong form. The training that we'll be doing is similar to yoga and tai chi, if you have experience in either or none at all is fine as it's suitable for beginners.
