Great little shop, we learned a lot from Helen about milk products. Shes a very personable and knowledgeable teacher. Had a great ending with a cheese plate and glass of wine. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Can’t say enough good things about this class! Interesting. Informative. Engaging. Fascinating. Inspiring. The cheese sample plate at the end was wonderful. Would live to be there again! Helen knows so much and is so helpful.

I learned a lot of the science of making butter and cheese and have the confidence to make it at home. Helen’s lovely, informative and patient with questions. Great class in the village next to her shop with great local products. Have lunch there. Or a coffee. I asked to go to the farm afterward and met her lovely husband who was feeding the magnificent yearling racehorses and two dozen calves. Kind and patient man. Spectacular.
