Enjoy a nice flow, stretch, challenge and partner work if you have brought a friend and meditation where you will light float off into the ocean.
Option to have breakfast or lunch afterwards.

With knowledge of the land and sea, I have been living on the creek for over 4 years now.
I have been paddling since 2008 and Yogaing ever since I finished Gymnastics back in 2003.
Spreading and sharing a little Aloha for the Sea and spreading love from one person to the next.

This was my first time ever doing SUP yoga but Sarnia gave me clear instructions and I managed to feel like an expert in no time. The yoga class was challenging but appropriate to my level. The atmosphere was super relaxing allowing me to connect with the nature and the moment. She also took special care of me offering me aloe vera as I burnt myself. Thank you very much!

Highly recommended! Sarina, the host, is really nice and kind and she is a super expert so I could participate actively and feel comfortable. Paddling was harder workout than I had expected, but it’s worth it. You can experience very unique and awesome.

I had so much fun. I really wanted to do yoga while watching Sunset, and I was able to experience it with perfect timing. I can still remember the beautiful scenery of the river. I will try again next time I go to Gold Coast.
