You will have welcome Japanese tea and relax time in my house before start cooking. I will tell you how to make Japanese Soup stock then we start cooking Soup stock and make miso soup or ohter Japanese style soup. Then I will show you how to make OKONOMIYAKI just right. We make OKONOMIYAKI togather. Beer goes well with OKONOMIYAKI so I prepare a canned of beer for a person♬.
I also provide some sweet dessert with seasonal ingredients after meal. I also explain about Japanese seasoning, after you go back to your home with my standard recipe, you will be able to cook Okonomiyaki by youself same taste. You can have Oonomiyaki party with your friends or family. You might tell them about Japanese food and how to cook, it would be wonderful! If you need, I will picke you up just in front of Himeji Castle. I will prepare everything for cooking, you do not have to bring anything. Please feel free to come and visit my small kitchen.
