The session will begin with a warmup of the joints, and next we will do Yoga for oxygenate and lengthen the body. Then some floor barre, a technique to align the body. Some Pilates to strengthen and mark the muscles. An then we dance, to express and release. We will finish with some stretch and elongation, relaxation, and meditation. Is a very cmplete method.
In each session, we will see different aspects of dance. You will keep your body active during your trip, while you learn new movements.
Other things to note
people without any training can begin to prepare with this routine, and those who have yoga or dance training will have a pleasant experience that will allow them to have a good conditioning during their trip

I am a profesional and i want to share with you my personal training method, which is a combination of dance techniques with yoga and pilates. I study with teachers from Spain, Mexico, Egypt, Portugal, Cuba and Israel. And i performed in many scenarios in Mexico City and other places.

We will be on a sunny terrace or in a beautiful dance hall, in the heart of the historic center of the so-called City of Palaces. After the experience, you can walk through the Alameda Central, visit the Palace of Fine Arts, the National Museum of Art, have lunch in a typical restaurant or buy handicrafts in La Ciudadela market. You can also find costumes for your dance in the downtown Arab and Indian shops.
This was my second time coming back Nuri Luz’s class. I love her classes because it’s a little mix of everything—yoga, dance, pilates & meditation. The class is held on the sunny rooftop of her studio in el centro, which makes for a great setting & enjoyable experience. I highly recommend taking a class with Nuri Luz.

A great way to de-stress or wakeup on a downtown rooftop in the morning. The variety of movements were active and felt like a workout but without undue stress or strain. My favourite part of the experience was the bonus 30 min dance class. For me it was belly dancing but other options are available. Nuri is a genuinely warm person passionate about dance and movement and offers other classes I wish I could have taken.
